Privacy Policy for MustDos

1. Summary

We designed MustDos to be simple and privacy-conscious. The current version of MustDos does not require an account, does not sell your personal information, and does not show third-party ads.

• Task data: Your tasks, notes, due dates, and reminders are stored locally on your device.
• No account required: MustDos does not currently require you to create an account or sign in.
• No sale of personal information: We do not sell your personal information.
• No ads: The current version of MustDos does not show third-party ads.
• Crash diagnostics: We may use Firebase Crashlytics to help detect, diagnose, and fix app crashes.

2. Information You Provide in the App

When you use MustDos, you may enter information such as:

• Task titles
• Task notes or descriptions
• Due dates
• Reminder dates and times
• Task completion status
• App preferences or settings

This information is used to provide the core features of the app, including creating tasks, editing tasks, organizing your task list, displaying reminders, and showing task-related information inside the app or related app widgets.

In the current version of MustDos, this task information is stored locally on your device. MustDos Labs LLC does not operate a cloud account system that stores, syncs, or displays your task content on our own servers.

3. Information Collected Automatically

MustDos may collect limited technical and diagnostic information automatically to help us maintain and improve the app. This information may include:

• Crash reports
• Stack traces and error information
• App version and build information
• Device model and operating system version
• Technical identifiers used for crash diagnosis
• Thread name, error type, and limited technical custom keys related to app stability
• Basic information about the state of the app when a crash or error occurred

We use this information to diagnose app crashes, fix bugs, improve reliability, and understand stability issues.

4. Firebase Crashlytics

MustDos may use Firebase Crashlytics, a crash reporting service provided by Google, to help identify, prioritize, and fix crashes and stability issues.

Crashlytics may process technical diagnostic information such as crash stack traces, app version, device model, operating system version, and crash-related identifiers.

MustDos is designed so that task titles, task notes, reminder text, and other user-created task content are not intentionally sent to Crashlytics. However, crash reports may include technical information related to the error or app state at the time of the crash.

You should avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into task titles or notes.

5. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

• To provide task creation, editing, completion, reminder, and organization features
• To store your tasks and app preferences locally on your device
• To display reminders and task-related app notifications
• To support app widgets and other app functionality you enable
• To diagnose crashes, errors, and performance problems
• To improve app stability, reliability, usability, and user experience
• To protect the app, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal or platform requirements

6. Local Notifications and Reminders

MustDos may use local device notifications to remind you about tasks. Reminder information is used to schedule and display notifications on your device.

Notification content may include task-related information you entered, such as a task title or reminder time, so that the reminder is useful to you. These notifications are generated on your device.

You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

7. App Widgets

MustDos may provide app widgets that display your task information on your device home screen or other supported areas. Widget content is based on task data stored locally on your device.

Be aware that information displayed in a widget may be visible to anyone who can view your device screen.

8. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited technical and diagnostic information with service providers that help us operate, maintain, and improve MustDos. For example, Firebase Crashlytics may process crash and diagnostic information so we can identify and fix app stability issues.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of MustDos Labs LLC, our users, or others.

9. Data Storage and Retention

Task information you create in MustDos is stored locally on your device in the current version of the app. This local task information remains on your device unless you delete it, clear the app’s data, uninstall the app, or your device operating system removes it according to your settings or device behavior.

Crash and diagnostic information may be retained by our service providers for a limited period so that we can analyze, troubleshoot, and fix app issues.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

10. Data Deletion

Because the current version of MustDos does not require an account and stores task information locally on your device, you can delete your task information by:

• Deleting individual tasks inside the app
• Clearing the app’s data through your device settings
• Uninstalling the app from your device

If you contact us with a privacy-related request, we will make reasonable efforts to help based on the information available to us. Because MustDos does not currently require accounts, we may not be able to identify or retrieve local task data stored only on your device.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by MustDos. However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or processing is completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using device lock features, keeping your operating system updated, and controlling who can access your device.

12. Children’s Privacy

MustDos is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

13. Third-Party Services

MustDos may use third-party services that help us provide, maintain, or improve the app. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Third-party services currently may include:

• Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reporting and app stability diagnostics
• Google Play services or Google Play platform features, as part of Android app distribution and operation
